Refund Policy

OVAH STORE RETURN, REFUND & DISPUTE POLICY

Effective Date: 2025

By purchasing from WWW.OVAH.US, you agree to the terms of this Return, Refund, and Dispute Policy in its entirety. (NO EXCEPTIONS)


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be:
    • Unworn and unused. 
    • Items showing visible signs of wear, washing, or use will not be eligible for a return.
    • If returned items fail to meet our inspection criteria, we may send them back to the customer at their expense.
    • In the same condition as received, including all original tags and packaging.
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. (if not we will denied any claim)
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items that cannot be returned include, but are not limited to:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    • Sale items and gift cards
    • For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final on non-returnable items.
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy standards

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Mandatory Contact: Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support at Help@ovah.us to request a return or exchange.
  • Return Shipping: 
    • Free returns apply in  only for specific reasons (defective, incorrect items).

    • Customers must always cover return shipping unless an error was made.

  • Unapproved Returns: Items sent back without first obtaining return authorization from our support team will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to confirm they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card issuer. Paypal, Klarna, Shopify Payment, After Pay & more are use on our normal Processing.
  • Fees: Shipping fees (and any applicable restocking fees) may be deducted from your refund where appropriate.

4. Chargeback & Dispute Resolution Policy

  • Mandatory Notification:
    • Before initiating a chargeback or dispute through Bank or any other payment method, you are required to first contact us at Help@ovah.us.
    • Failure to Notify: By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge that initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in a dispute against the claim, and we reserve the right to submit evidence to our payment processor to challenge the chargeback.
  • Agreement to Terms:
    • You acknowledge and agree that your purchase is subject to these terms and that initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in denial of the dispute by our payment processor.
    • We reserve the right to contest any chargeback claims that have not followed the outlined procedure.
  • Resolution Process:
    • All disputes should be resolved by contacting our customer support directly. We are committed to working with you to resolve any issues quickly and amicably.
    • If a chargeback is initiated without following these steps, OVAH Store will not be liable for processing a refund under such circumstances.

5. Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders

  • Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
    • Contact Us Immediately: Reach out to Help@ovah.us with photographic evidence and details of the issue.
    • We will evaluate the problem and provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to addresses within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing any justification. All return eligibility criteria still apply.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
